Description

The Extron MAV Plus Series Crestron Home Driver delivers professional-grade control for large-scale AV matrix switchers. While originally built for 16×16 systems, we expanded this driver  to support massive 32×32 configurations, making it ideal for both commercial and premium residential racks.

Advanced Routing Capabilities:

  • Audio Breakaway: Command audio and video routing independently. This feature allows you to switch a video source to one display while sending the audio to a separate processor or amplifier.

  • Massive I/O Scaling: Manage up to 32 HDMI and 32 Audio inputs/outputs simultaneously with reliable accuracy.

  • Integrated Audio Control: Adjust output volume levels and toggle discrete mute commands directly from the Crestron Home user interface.

  • Streamlined Configuration: We updated the driver  to use generic connectors for all inputs and outputs, speeding up your setup in the Crestron Home Setup App.

  • It is recommended that you save a configuration or golden configuration before installing any driver.

  • Crestron Home manages input loop-outs using virtual adapters. The adapters are placed in the Crestron Home configuration as a hub between the source and the devices. The physical source is landed on the adapter’s input, and the adapter outputs are landed on the device's input as needed. The most commonly used adapters are the Universal A/V Adapter and the Uncontrolled Generic A/V DA. They are shown under the "Other" category below "Drivers".
