The folder in the CH Setup App doesn’t show up after I put in all the information for the driver

Check the “Number of Rooms” field in the Installer Settings tab and the COM port configuration. Also CH OS4 has moved the folder to a dedicated “Managed Platforms” that appears at the top most menu level.
